I have a complicated relationship with “speaking.” Most people don’t need another inspirational keynote they’ll forget by Tuesday. They need disruption, reflection, and the language for the thing everyone feels but no one is naming.
Whether it’s a packed auditorium, a district PD day, or a small leadership retreat, my goal is the same: Create the kind of discomfort, clarity, and practice that actually changes how people lead, communicate, and work together under pressure.
My sessions blend research, story, humor, and real-world application to help people examine the beliefs driving their behavior—and what it takes to unlearn them.
Topics include:
Mindset coaching & belief repair
Leadership under pressure
Burnout, overcompensation, and detachment
Identity, resistance, and behavior change
Building systems that support real learning and growth
If you’re looking for polished corporate motivation, I’m probably not your person. If you want people thinking differently long after the session ends, we should talk.
