Not the most compliant. Not the most patient.

And they should be trained, supported, and paid like it.
Sometimes the work feels endless. Sometimes it is endless.
But the choice to keep pushing—with others, with heart, with purpose—is the work.
We don’t always get the summit. But we keep building anyway.
It’s not about lowering the bar out of sympathy.
It’s about raising access. Raising belief. Raising the floor and the ceiling.
If someone’s stuck, it’s rarely about skill.
It’s usually about belief.
What they think they have to protect.
What they’ve been taught to fear.
Coaching is about unlearning as much as it is about learning.
Learning happens in reps. In rehearsal.
Not in pretending you already know how.
We grow by trying, not by performing perfection.
Progress without pause burns people out.
You can’t scale anything without making sense of it first.
Even when the system is broken. Especially then.
Because I’ve seen what’s possible when people push together.
And I still believe.
You can’t lead with burned-out beliefs.
You have to examine what you’ve internalized—and decide what to carry forward.
That’s how culture changes. One belief at a time.
